Downstairs called the Halloween room and described as violent
The guide nicknames a downstairs space the "Halloween room," saying Ed Warren loved Halloween and most ghost investigations happened there. They warn the place is "violent," recount scratches and a deep biting scratch on a man's calf seven months earlier, and note people get bit down here. The speaker identifies a door as their office.
